What's the difference between Standard and Pro?+
Standard ($17/mo) gives a single PM the full roadmap, G2M, KPI, capacity and change-request toolkit. Pro ($25/mo) adds AI Artifacts, team sharing, SSO, role-based permissions and priority support.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated billing means you only pay for what you use.
Where is my data stored?+
Locally on your machine first (offline-first). Cloud sync to your Supabase-backed account is optional and runs in the background.
Do I need an AI subscription?+
Only on Pro, and only if you use AI Artifacts. You bring your own API key for Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic. Roadmap OS never proxies your key.
Mac or Linux?+
Windows installer is live today. macOS and Linux builds are next on the roadmap.
